The communication from the hotel was impressive, with detailed instructions and videos provided for the self check-in process. The room and ensuite were clean and fresh, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. I also appreciated the refreshments available in the room.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear everything from the room next door, resulting in an early morning wake-up call at 5am. However, I understand that this is not the hotel's fault and is more of an issue with the building itself.
